For your baby's first two visits, a $100 payment is collected at the time of service — even if you have insurance — because newborns aren't always fully enrolled on a parent's policy yet. Once your baby's insurance info is on file, we submit the claims and refund anything insurance reimburses. Read the full newborn insurance policy →
No insurance? No problem. A basic visit is $100. Vaccines are $13 each. Off-site labs are billed separately.
Self-pay rate covers the office visit and most on-site testing. Vaccines are $13 each and off-site lab work is billed separately. Specialized procedures are priced individually. Call us at 469-581-8115 for an estimate before your visit.
We require 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations or reschedules with less than 24 hours' notice incur a $25 no-show fee.
If a patient needs to return for the same illness or condition within 2 calendar days (48 hours) of the original visit, the follow-up evaluation may be provided at no additional charge, at the provider's discretion.
After 48 hours, any return visit will generally be considered a new office visit and will be billed to insurance or the patient according to our standard fee schedule.
Many illnesses, especially respiratory infections, ear infections, throat infections, and viral illnesses, can change rapidly. Symptoms that appear to be caused by one condition at the time of the original visit may later be caused by a different virus, a secondary bacterial infection, or a new medical problem altogether. As a result, a return visit after several days often requires a new medical evaluation, updated medical decision-making, and sometimes additional testing or treatment.
Examples include:
For these reasons, visits occurring more than 48 hours after the original appointment are typically considered new medical encounters and are subject to normal charges.
Our goal is to ensure that patients receive appropriate care while maintaining a fair and consistent billing policy. If you have questions about whether your return visit qualifies as a no-charge follow-up, please contact our office before your appointment.
You may receive a call to pay any outstanding balance of co-pays or deductible amounts. You can pay during your next visit, over the phone with a credit card, or through the patient portal if you're an existing patient.
For non-emergencies after hours, please call 469-581-8115 to leave a message — we'll return your call as soon as we can. For life-threatening emergencies, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department immediately.
