Just give us a call at 469-581-8115 to schedule your child's first visit. We'll take some basic info over the phone, send you a quick online registration to complete before you come in, and schedule a time that works for your family. By the time you arrive, your child's chart is ready and check-in is fast.

Your insurance card and a photo ID. We collect everything else — prior medical records, immunization history, and current medications — through the online registration we send before your visit.

Newborns through age 21 — from their first visit home from the hospital all the way through college. When the time comes, we'll help with the transition to adult care.

Yes — walk-ins are welcome during open hours. We'll see you in the order you arrive, with priority for scheduled appointments. If you can, call ahead — it lets us prepare for your visit and may save you waiting time.

Existing patients can schedule through the Patient Portal. New patients should call us at 469-581-8115 so we can get the first appointment set up properly.

We require 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations or reschedules with less than 24 hours' notice incur a $25 no-show fee.

For non-emergencies after hours, please call 469-581-8115 to leave a message, email us at info@princetonpediatricstx.com, or send us a message via the family portal. We'll get back to you by the next day. For life-threatening emergencies, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department right away.

Aetna, Baylor Scott & White, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, United Healthcare, Sana Benefits, and ChampVA. For Medicaid, we accept Molina only.

We welcome self-pay patients. A standard sick or well visit is $150 and includes on-site testing (flu, strep, RSV, urinalysis). The vaccine itself is free — administration is $13 per dose — and lab draw administration is $10 (plus a separate bill from Labcorp for processing the blood). Yes. If your child has had a well-child visit here in the past 12 months and is medically eligible, we'll complete the sports physical form or clearance visit for a $20 service fee (generally not covered by insurance) — vision and hearing screening included. If it's been longer than 12 months, or your child is a new patient, they'll need a full well-child visit: we'll bill your insurance if you have it, or it's the $150 self-pay well-visit rate — and the sports physical and form are included at no extra cost. Three options. Pay in person at the front desk during your visit. By phone at 469-581-8115 with a credit card number. Or — for existing patients — through the Patient Portal.

If your child needs to return for the same illness within 48 hours of the original visit, the follow-up may be at no additional charge, at the provider's discretion. After 48 hours, a return visit is generally treated as a new office visit and billed accordingly — illnesses can change quickly, and a later visit often needs a fresh evaluation. You may get a call to settle any outstanding co-pay or deductible balance. You can pay it during your next visit, over the phone with a credit card, or — for existing patients — through the Patient Portal.

Through the Patient Portal, you can see vaccine records, growth charts, visit history, and message us directly. For records to be sent to another provider, give us a call.

Yes — we provide evaluation and ongoing management for ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, asthma, and other chronic pediatric conditions. Dr. Moolji's psychology background informs his approach to developmental and behavioral concerns. See our Services page for more.

Dr. Moolji combines traditional and natural medicine. The guiding principles: prevention over treatment, the underlying cause over the symptom, and the least invasive remedy whenever possible. We're an in-person practice. We find that good pediatric care depends on actually examining a child — listening to chests, looking in ears, watching how they move. For quick questions between visits, you can always message us through the patient portal.
